Grated Parmesan and garlic croutons
Italian Tossed Salad
Cascade lettuce blend, Kalamata olives, red onion, pepperoncini and garlic croutons; served with Italian Vinaigrette dressing

Fillets of salmon with garlic and a white wine sauce

Suggested wear: "Dressy Casual" (examples: nice jeans or slacks with a button-down and blazer for men, casual dress or nice jeans/pants/skirt with a blouse for women)
