Rules of the Road. Navigation rules are the law! Learn "steering and sailing rules" for sailing and power vessels. The class will learn to identify light configurations at night and day shapes, and to identify sound signals and actions to be taken.


Please note: Some Winter Training classes for 2017 will take place in a new location. Due to venue security measures, training events held at the FRDA Learning Center are only open to American citizens. In signups must occur by the Wednesday before. In addition, we cannot accommodate walk-ins to events at FRDA Learning Center, including from those seeking PSC membership.
